Here at The Exchequer Dublin 2 we recognise the importance of supporting Irish producers, especially in the times we are in today. Therefore we try our very best to source our produce nationally. Our fish is sustainable and from Irish waters, our meat is from the Irish countryside, our organic veg and ice cream are Irish and our cheese, air dried meats and tasty bites are sourced from Irish artisan producers where possible.
Our exciting new Head Chef, Anthony Gaughan, and his team cook every dish to order, with great care and attention to detail. We hope you love his food as much as we do!
